Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
In their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Free of stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.

Return shipping is free of charge for eligible returns that meet our return requirements.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, the return may be refused, and the buyer may be responsible for the full purchase price of the item.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, all lingerie is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items marked as final sale are also ineligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return within the 14-day return window, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return label to ship the item during the return window.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.
